I graduated from the University of East London in 2017 with a Degree in Physiotherapy. This was after completing an BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Chichester. Immediately after finishing my Degree in Physiotherapy I started working as a Rotational Physiotherapist for Berkshire Healthcare in the NHS. Starting on inpatient rehab for 6 months and moving onto MSK outpatients which is where I remain now as a Band 6.

Over the years I have developed a keen interest in the management and rehab of a wide range of Musculoskeletal conditions, running an ACL rehab class and supervising students as well as junior Physios. Post University I have qualified as an ITEC level 3 sports massage therapist at the University of Brunel and I continue to attend courses and training outside of my working hours.

I am currently working on progressing towards becoming a Band 7 clinical specialist in either spinal or peripheral joints still within the NHS as well as improving my knowledge and experience within the private sector aiming to become qualified in acupuncture.

I’ve been very fortunate to be part of the medical team at the 2017 World Athletic Championships and many London Marathons working with a wide variety of healthcare professionals and volunteers as well as some pretty high profile athletes.
