James Graham

Sports Massage Therapist

Ever since a young age I have been extremely sporty, this interest/hobby came with a fair share on injuries when I was growing up and I was fascinated at what was happening on an anatomical level and what I needed to do to in order to enhance my recovery.  This is where my passion for learning all about the human body came from and before I knew it I was attending a sports college alongside getting my first level of sports massage training.

I gained my Sports Massage qualifications at Sports Therapy UK in Hertford. Since then, I have loved working with all my clients in order to achieve their goals through my sessions.  Patient goals vary from achieving normal/full range of motion in their joints, reducing pain or achieving the ultimate recovery time in order to return to participating in their sport/hobbies.

Sports massage has allowed me to learn and understand all about what the body needs in order to achieve homeostasis.  My experience enables me to identify and incorporate the aspects required for my patients specific needs in order to achieve successful outcomes from their treatment.

In my free time I enjoy running, football or going for a round of golf.
