We are able to offer virtual appointments for all patients that currently prefer this approach.  Alternatively we are operating for a Face-to-Face appointment using all PPE as instructed by our professional body – the CSP.

You might only require one appointment to be taught basic full body exercises that can be done on a daily basis in the comfort of your home but this would hopefully avoid you suffering any unnecessary aches and pains.
