Sasha was simply amazing. She was friendly, professional, caring, and understanding. I felt at ease from the very first session. She took the time to really understand my issue and how important my running was to me and made me feel it could be fixed – she gave me hope.
Each week things got better and better. I now use the taping method she showed me and perform the exercises daily. Sasha also showed me how to use the foam roller which has really changed how my legs feel after a run and assisted in a quicker recovery.
Sasha was knowledgeable and explained things in a way which was easy to understand. She showed me how to stretch properly and made sure the techniques I had learnt from her were done correctly.
Thank you Sasha for all your help and for fixing me again so I could get back out running and being free. You will never know how much your help has been appreciated.
